What a sweetie! Looks like a black and tan, short hair, apple head chi!
There almost looks to be a drop of dachshund in that sweet body! The body looks longer than a chi--although it could just be the photo.

My family has had (and still has) numerous Chihuahuas and yours has many of the Apple Head Chi characteristics/features.
We have also had 2 Miniature Pinschers.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that I think she may have a mix of Miniature Pinscher because her ears look just like the little Pincher's ears and look much too large for a pure bred Chi.
Although we do not have a good side profile it also appears the her tail may not be like the typical Chi (a Miniature Pinscher's tail is usually always chopped mainly because it is longer and unattractive).

If you decide you would like to know more about your pup's breeding there are DNA test kits available. You can find these online, pet stores and your vet and the cost usually runs from $45 to thousands (according to what depth/years you wish to be checked).
Your vet can also tell you a little more about her breeding as they can see her and make a better evaluation (but they cannot tell if she is pure bred).

Your dog is beautiful and my brother owned 2 Chihuahuas. He had one that looks exactly like yours and his dog was an Apple Head Chi. I am going more toward the Apple Head Chi from the photo.
