Whirlpool Washer Won't Drain or Spin?

I have a Whirlpool WFW9050XW00, that stops before the drain and spin cycle. I verified 110 voltage and then brought a new pump and installed it, but had some problems. I took a voltage reading again, this time from board and am not getting 110volts now. Any suggestions?

I am assuming that since you are trying things, it is out of warranty. If it wasn't, any DIY remedies can totally negate a warranty.
