Singer Press 2011 Model ESP2?

I have a Singer steam press 2011, model ESP2. Everything is working fine except it will not get hot, doesn't heat up.

We are in Streaky Bay, 8 hours from Adelaide, and we will have to order and repair it ourselves. Any help would be great.
