Spiced Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. coriander
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 pork chops

  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into four wedges

Directions:

Combine salt, cumin, coriander, garlic, and 2 tablespoons oil in a small bowl and coat mixture on both sides of the chops.

Heat remaining oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chops until just cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes on each side.

Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.

Served with either yellow or Spanish rice, fried plantain, and an avacado salad, this would be the
most perfect Sunday Din-Din. The men living in this house would hang around the kitchen all day. LOL
