Red Pepper Relish

Ingredients:

  • 1 dozen red peppers
  • 1 dozen green peppers
  • 1 dozen large onions
  • 1 large bunch celery
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. salt

Directions:

Grind together peppers, onions and celery. Pour boiling water over this. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain and repeat once more. Combine mixture with the sugar, vinegar and salt. Boil 15 minutes and put in jars; seal.
