Sour Cream and Cheddar Noodle Bake

Ingredients:

• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1 cup tomato sauce

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 cup onion

Directions:

Cook noodles, rinse in cold water, and drain. Brown meat in butter. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, and tomato sauce; simmer 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, and noodles.

Alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat mixture in 2 quart casserole, beginning with noodles and ending with meat. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-35 minutes.
