Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 cup brown Sugar Twin
  • 2 cups oatmeal

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup nuts, chopped

Directions

Mix applesauce, margarine, eggs, vanilla and Sugar Twin together. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Drop by teaspoonsful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Could Splenda brown sugar be used in place of the brown sugar twin? What about using sweet 'n low in place of sugar twin?
