Cottage Whip Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup cottage cheese
• 1/4 cup tomato juice
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp. vinegar
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Beat well in blender. Chill.
