Swiss Vienna Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf Vienna bread (unsliced)
  • 1 pkg. Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. onions (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 lb. butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds

Directions:

Make 1 inch slant cuts in bread to within 1/2 inch of bottom. Place bread on foil. Slice cheese and stuff cuts. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Wrap completely. Bake at 325 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
