Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cup fresh or frozen crushed strawberries
  • 2 1/2 cup chopped rhubarb
  • 2 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (3oz.)

Directions:

Combine strawberries, rhubarb and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Put in jars or freezer containers.
