Adding Chocolate to Chili

Add a Hershey's chocolate bar (NO NUTS) to your pot of chili to give it a smoother creamier taste. (You don't taste the chocolate) Sounds weird... but it's GREAT!!!

You can also add about 2 tsp. regular (unsweeted) Hershey's cocoa if you don't have a chocolate bar in the house.

My roommate made Turkey Chili last night and he put chocolate in it. I think he put too much, because I could surely taste it. I like my chili hot & spicy. Not chocolaty.
