Restoring Finish On Pyrex?

I collect old Pyrex bowls and bakeware, the kind that are colored on the outside. Some are faded from being put in the dishwasher. Can anyone tell me how to restore the shine?

There is lots of information on cleaning collectable glass and porcelain on e-bay, search for the discussion board on glass, pottery and porcelain. I believe its advice from the collecting experts. Good luck!

You might try coating them with Armoral or WD-40, wiping either off, after applying the product.

WD-40 is poisonous to humans. SC DHEC will not allow it to even be stored in a commercial kitchen
