Honey-Ginger Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. butter
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

Cook carrots until tender-crisp. Drain.

Return to pan over low heat. Add remaining ingredients and stir until carrots are well coated.
