Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Filling:
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
Directions:
Mix crust; press into 9 inch pan. Bake crust at 325 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. Fill cooled pie crust with fresh strawberries. Cook filling until thick and pour over strawberries in shell. Cool. Top with whipped cream.
