This is yummy and great because you can use leftover meat to make this.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb. chopped ham or chicken
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 cup bread crumbs or corn flakes
Directions:
Mix all together and put in buttered casserole overnight in refrigerator. Sprinkle crushed bread crumbs over top. Bake the next day for 1 hour at 325 degrees F.

I have used a recipe similar to this. It is excellent.
The macaroni is not cooked before hand. Sitting in the liquids overnite softens the macaroni. I dice up my eggs.
