I have a Chef washing machine. It won't wash, only rinse, the water just continues to run until it overflows. Can anyone help me?

I had a GE that did the same thing. The technician came and took off the top back part, the part that has the controls on it. Behind it was a little hose that had came undone. He put it back on, clamped it, and it was fixed. If the hose came off your machine doesn't know it is full of water, it has a sensor on it. Hence, it keeps running.
