Can the state make you pay child support when the child also gets money from my SSA check?

Your question can be answered best by an attorney in your state that practices either divorce or tax law. Social Security can not answer your question as they do not answer questions other than federal tax code.

They have no interest in whether a person has to pay child support or not.
