Classic french cooking and even Lidia Bastianich say never fish paired with cheese, but this sounds yummy. And of course, cheesy tuna noodle casserole and shrimp scampi with grated parm are noteable exceptions. This sounds great. I might try it.

Sounds like a good recipe. How much fish do you use?

Sounds so tasty, I would love to try it, but how much fish and what kind do you use in this recipe?
Thank you!
