Use a Marshmallow as Cupcake Frosting

Need a quick frosting for your cupcakes? Three minutes before they are done carefully open the door to the oven, slip a large marshmallow on top of each one. Use rainbow marshmallows for some color or the flavored ones for some flavor. Slit the plain ones and slip a few chocolate chips inside before you open the oven door. Have fun and enjoy!
