Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Clean chicken thoroughly. Squeeze lemon over chicken. Drain water.

  7. In a pan, on medium heat, add olive oil, ginger, shallots until golden brown.
  8. Add chicken and stir fry for about 10 minutes.

  10. Add in oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar and mix throughly. Add water and cook for 10 minutes.
  11. Add green onion and close lid for another 5 minutes.
