Baked Limas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried lima beans, cooked
  • 1/4 cup light molasses or 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 strips bacon

Directions

Cook the beans and drain most of the liquid from them. Combine molasses or brown sugar, sour cream and seasonings with beans and put in 3 qt. casserole. Add some of the liquid from the beans. Put bacon on top. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.
