Baked Lima Beans
- 2 cups dried Lima beans, cooked
- 1/4 cup light molasses or 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 strips bacon
Cook the beans and drain most of the liquid from them. Combine molasses or brown sugar, sour cream, and seasonings with beans and put in 3 qt. casserole. Add some of the liquid from the beans. Put bacon on top. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.
