Saucy Pork Chops on Rice
- 6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 1 1/3 cup uncooked Minute Rice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Place rice in 12x8 inch baking dish. Pour orange juice over rice. Pour mushroom soup over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes.

This may be a silly question but do the pork chops go on top of the rice and OJ and then the mushroom soup on top of the chops? Do six chops and everything else fit into a 12x8 baking dish? Sounds delicious, by the way!
