14th Birthday Party Ideas?

So I'm turning 14 in about a month and I am completely unorganized party-wise. I go to a fairly small school, around 70 in my grade, only around 25 that I even barely like. There's a couple people I hang out with that my mom doesn't want to come, lol. I also want to invite my guy bestfriend. I would ask him to bring a couple of his friends so he isn't completely alone.

So all in all, I would probably invite around 5 girls and around 3 or 4 boys. I don't want to spend too much money, and I don't really want my mom hanging around the whole time, but she is kind of strict about, I don't know, supervising. I know this is a lot to kind of think through, but, yeah, this is my predicament. Thanks for any help that anyone contributes! :)
