From my understanding the lion/eagle was used from 1890 and 1900. So yes, your piece at a minimum 119 years old.
For the pattern name, you can contact Replacements.com OR there is a Homer Laughlin Facebook group that can help you put a name to it. Their name is Homer Laughlin China Collectors Association - HLCCA.
