I went on vacation for a whole month. And I walk in my living room to find only these little brown eggs I believe they are. They are sort of disgusting me out but, if anybody has any ideas what they are please let me know ASAP!

They look like insect eggs...maybe flies. Just vacuum everything well, and keep an eye out for any new ones.
that looks exactly like mouse droppings (poop). i have dealt with it in my own home. carpet beetle eggs are whitish. fly eggs are white(and tiny).
