Get him a helmet to use when he rides his dirt bike.
How about Fortnite socks he can wear while he bikes!
If he and you are both practical people, get him a gift card for either the gaming place, or sporting place. Hope that helps.
I am all about experience gifts...plan an adventure with him to incorporate all of his favorite things. One year for my husband's birthday I planned an around "dahntahn" day (Pittsburghese for downtown...the city)...where we did all kinds of cool and inexpensive touristy things that we never get a chance to do. We had an amazing breakfast a one of Pittsburgh's famous diners, window shopped at the street vendors in the Strip District (a cool shopping area in the city), and had lunch at the local casino.
How about getting him an action camera..he can film his riding fun.
