Great tasting and so easy!

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • teriyaki sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

With the cover closed, grill over med low heat, about 25 minutes or until cooked through. Turn occasionally.

Brush with teriyaki sauce the last 5 min or so of grilling. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with additional sauce for dipping.

So easy to make and so great tasting. Hope you enjoy!

I found this at Taste of Home but tweaked the recipe just a bit ;-)

Cucumber Sauce

Mix marinade ingredients in a large baking dish, add chicken wings, toss wings well, cover and refrigerate for about eight hours, tossing once or twice.

Drain and discard marinade and bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 35-40 minutes, turning once. Serve with cucumber sauce.

For the cucumber sauce: combine sauce ingredients in a blender; cover and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl; cover and refrigerate until serving.

These are great as a main meat dish or as an appetizer!

  • 2 1/2 -3 lbs. chicken wings, cut into sections, discard wing tip pieces
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 3-5 garlic cloves, minced

Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Arrange chicken wings in 9x13 inch pan. Season with garlic salt or powder and pepper. Cover with foil; bake for about 30 minutes, or until tender.

Drain all liquid. While chicken is cooking, combine all remaining ingredients in saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes. Drizzle this honey mixture over drained, precooked wings. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees F for another 30-40 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.

It's a sure winner at our house and perfect for parties. The best part about it besides the incredible taste is that it's easy to make and inexpensive. You'll make it again and again.
