Great tasting and so easy!


  • 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • teriyaki sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper (to taste)


With the cover closed, grill over med low heat, about 25 minutes or until cooked through. Turn occasionally.

Brush with teriyaki sauce the last 5 min or so of grilling. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with additional sauce for dipping.

So easy to make and so great tasting. Hope you enjoy!

  • 1 lb. medium to large size chicken wings (the larger the meatier)
  • garlic powder, to taste

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (I use Jack Daniel's Hickory Brown Sugar)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil.

Cut chicken wings into three sections and set aside the wing tip sections for future broth making use. Season the other sections with the garlic powder and place in the baking dish.

Combine barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce in a bowl, pour over the wings and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until sauce is thick and sticky, turning once, about 50 to 60 minutes.

Cucumber Sauce


Mix marinade ingredients in a large baking dish, add chicken wings, toss wings well, cover and refrigerate for about eight hours, tossing once or twice. Drain and discard marinade and bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 35-40 minutes, turning once. Serve with cucumber sauce.

For the cucumber sauce: combine sauce ingredients in a blender; cover and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl; cover and refrigerate until serving.

Place the chicken wings in two greased 15x10 inch baking pans. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over wings.

Combine all except for wings in saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Place chicken in prepared pans and brush with 1/2 cup vinegar sauce in each pan.

Put all ingredients together except chicken. Pour marinade over chicken and set aside for a few hours, overnight if possible. Turn chicken occasionally.

Wash chicken well and pat dry. Place in a large bowl or plastic bag. Combine the rest of the ingredients together and coat chicken. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
