Circuit Stops Working in Cold Weather?

I have a detached garage and the dusk to dawn light and garage door opener are on the same circuit. Anytime the temps drop below 20F that circuit, and no other, stops working. It starts back again once it warms above 20, all other times it works fine. Help.

I'd call an electrician. Everything that I have outdoors works perfectly in temperatures lower than -40F. So should yours. Live with it, or call in a professional to get it repaired.
