Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Wash and dry the apples. Use a potato peeler to peel the apples.
  2. Use a knife or an apple slicer to core and slice the apples.
  3. Cube the apples and put them into the crockpot.
  4. Add the brown sugar, water, and cinnamon. Stir to coat the apples.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or on LOW for 7-8 hours. Stirring occasionally.
  6. Once apples are tender, use a potato masher to get the desired consistency. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator (up to 5 days).
