Canvas prints. Get a couple large ones. Replace stainless steel towel bar and mirror with wrought iron-look or bronze-look. Instead of shelf, use a distressed wooden crate on wall.
Since this is in an office, I would not put up "stuff" that will be hard to clean. However, you can get quite lovely canvas prints for the walls, which will make a world of difference.
