I created this recipe because I wasn't in the mood for scrambled eggs again. I had some unspoken for miscellaneous items in the fridge, and this is what I ended up with. It turned out so well that I will definitely be making this again... on purpose.:)
Full of tomatoes, green onions and turkey ham among other things, it is pretty healthy and quite tasty.
This recipe can easily be halved.

Yummy breakfast dish, but good for any meal time. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat soup, onion, mustard and milk in saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add cheese; stir until melted. Pour into 10x15 inch casserole.
Spread bread cubes in buttered 7x11 baking dish. Layer sausage and cheese over bread. Combine eggs and mustard with 1 generous cup milk in bowl, beating well.
