Look for a fertilizer with the numbers 20-20-20.

Since this is your first orchid, it may be more important to read about how to care for your orchid than just about buying fertilizer.

Here are some links that have information on total care which includes information on fertilizer.

You will probably find several fertilizer formulas mentioned but when and how much may be more beneficial to the overall care.
Light and water information is also very important.
