One of those searches should help you find the pattern. It's a fairly recent pattern so you should be able to find a usable pattern out there.

I really need to find this pattern for a panto horse. Simplicity discontinued making it. Does any one have one or know where I can purchase one?
eBay would be my first choice. You could also put an ad in Craigslist.
You may find one on eBay, Bonanza, Etsy, or just Google simplicity 9199 occasionally and if you check often you might be lucky and find one listed. I did not find one today but that does not mean you won't find one in a week or? Some of the sites will let you look for something and they will notify you if it comes up for sale.

Have you tried calling simplicities customer service? I got a discontinued one that way from mccalls once.
what I would recommend is to set a google search announcement for "simplicity costumes 9199" by going here: www.google.com/
there you would enter the search "simplicity 9199" OR "simplicity costumes 9199" inurl:eBay.com
then press CREATE ALERT.
you should then get an email any time it's on sale on eBay!
Does anyone know where I can get Simplicity pattern 4269? It's a wedding dress/Belle costume. I have seen it on eBay and etsy, but can't find any for sale.
It seems this pattern was a favorite years ago so you may still be lucky enough to find one for sale on eBay, Etsy, etc. if you Google this pattern at least once a week - tiring but it is possible.
It is possible there is a very similar pattern by McCall but it would take some research - maybe Pinterest under McCall Belle ball gown might help.
You can also ask on the Simplicity site if they have a similar pattern:

Have you looked on the Simplicity website? It seems like different times when I have been on the site, I have noticed that they have a listing for discontinued patterns.
I think you will have luck finding it on etsy.com. I found it but didn't follow through. Etsy is a wonderful site with lots of stores. I find too much there. Good luck.

I am desperately looking for the Simplicity Lisette pattern #2211, mainly for the blouse "E" of this pattern. My yearning to find it on the web is that it is out of print and even unavailable on eBay. I can't find it anywhere! I found this pattern on Amazon for $8.50. I hope you get this pattern soon. The seller only has 1 of this pattern, although other seller's had this, too, so look at some of the other offerings. This is a nice pattern and could be fashionable for a long time.

I googled cement lawn goose clothes patterns and came up with a bunch. This gal has them for sale, and another said that simplicity #9019 will work. Hope that helps.
