You could contact any vet, or the Humane Society or the ASPCA
Most Humane societies have a reduced fee service available. You need to find your local Humane society and ask them about it.
Just taking a pet to a new vet for a normal checkup is expensive and most vets will not accept payments for even this routine visit so it will probably not be easy to find a vet that will take payments for services that will probably run into hundreds of dollars.
You do not say where you live or if this is an emergency so it is difficult to pinpoint a certain vet in your area.
You can start your search with Google - need vet that takes payments - your zip code or Google - need financial help with vet services - your zip code.
