My 2011 Ford Ranger 4wd 6 cyl heater is warm while driving, but when I am idling it blows cold air. Any ideas?

This could be one of two reasons this one happens. First off the bend door that is under the dash board is not opening and closing all the way. The second issue is a heater hose that has a small hole in it or even a thermostat issue.

It could be the blend actuator door

Info given sounds like a stuck thermostat.
