My Affinity front load washer will not spin. You can't even turn it with your hand. It seems the drum is locked up and has very little movement.

The drain pump motor may be broken.
no drain pump is working the drum barely move by hand it very hard to turn
Its the door lock. Replace that and all is good. Just went threw the same issue.
