Our Frigidaire mf12269drm01 refrigerator worked perfectly till we added RO under the sink. We removed the filter and installed a bypass plug. Water from the door flows good and cold. However the ice maker stopped working altogether.

The lines to the refrigerator sound like they are blocked because of the filter you had installed. I would try clean out the lines and make sure they are no longer blocked and water can flow freely again.
