Garam Masala is an Indian spice mix blend. Since a lot of my recipes use it, even if it's not Indian food, I thought I'd share how I make mine. I prefer to make my own spice mixes from scratch. They are fresher, cheaper, and I can always adjust it a bit to my liking.
It is said that Garam Masala is great for immunity boosting, aiding in digestion, and lowering blood sugar.
