Ick...you have stink bugs babies.

The last slide in this deck shows them coming out of the eggs:

They are harmless, but so annoying. My mother found one on her toothbrush and they love our light fixtures.

I am not for killing things, I would take them far, far, far away from my house as possible, but you will need to dispose of them in a way that works for you.
