I have 2 dolls and 2 certificates. Can you tell me if these certificates go to these dolls and if so which certificate goes with which doll?

I could not find the exact Ashley Belle Doll "Kristy" you have. But from eBay all the Ashley Belle Doll's look more similar (face/hair wise) to your 2nd doll in white.

These are cute dolls but without more information it will difficult to identify them.
You do not state the size of the dolls and that information would narrow the search but would still very difficult.
Pghgirl may recognize these dolls but to me they are very similar to thousands listed on eBay on any given day.
If you wish to do your own research you can try using the names you have on the certificates along with their size on eBay, Etsy, Google and see if you can find either doll. You may have to go through a lot of pictures/postings but it is possible you might find one of them.
There is a very good doll forum that has helped a lot of people identify their dolls but they will want to know that you have searched their body for marks/numbers/names (look on the their back and neck under their clothes and wigs/hair). Take pictures of anything you find as well as closeup pictures of the certificates (your present ones are difficult to read). Also, state the size (how tall) as well as their composition (as best you can) and provide any information you may have as to their age.
Be sure you can see the hands and feet in the pictures as well as close up of the face. All of this is easy information and I feel sure they will provide the information you are looking for.
Are you the original owner of the dolls? My gut says neither certificate goes with either doll, but I am not 100% because it has been years since I sold them. If you are not the original owner it could be possible there was certificate swapping as far back to the day they were originally purchased, or later if someone was trying to make a doll appear to be something she is not.
The Ashley Belle dolls should be marked on the back of the neck and that would tell you if (the bigger one most likely) is even an AB doll. My memory fails me if the Heritage Dolls are marked, but I want to say yes, but I am drawing a total blank as to what the mark looks like.
If you can post photos of the back of their necks...I can look. If you posted them, I am not seeing them and will need to check back on a different device.
I could do a little digging after the holiday as they have me quite curious. Happy New Year!
