This is a jade plant It is a succulent, and dont over water.
This is certainly not jade, I have a few of those.
It looks like a very leggy white dwarf orchid. Please see this link:

It is a little difficult to see exactly how the leaves match up but it looks a lot like a green wandering jew or green inch plant to me.
It may take Catherine or Likekinds to give you a better answer.
I can certainly see similarities but I am not quite sure if its one of those
That is what I think also but it is very pretty and will probably look really nice in a hanging basket.
