I dont know the exact type. It is a succulent. Dont overwater or it will rot.

Not 100%, what does it look like at the base?

It may be in the Sedum tetractinum family.

Hello ! It could be a Portulacaria, possibly Portulacaria afra variegata or Portulacaria afra tricolor ("variegata" is added to the name of many plants as it only signals a genetic modification, in this case it is the leaves that are white and green instead of being plain green). Portulacaria afra is also called Rainbow elephant bush or elephant bush.
