You need to know who manufactured it. Undress the doll to look for markings.

She looks like a riff on the Rapunzel character. Check her neck, back, bum, feet, scalp and clothing for identify marks, name or letters or numbers.

This looks like one of the Disney dolls that they use to sell for children. My daughter was given a few of these when she was younger. They aren't worth much because this doll wasn't actually made by Disney but another doll manufacture who mass produces these types of dolls for kids.
