She looks like the Marie Osmond doll...see this link:

www.ebay.com/.../123193528652

She is currently on eBay for 49.00 and has been unsold there for a while.

Please double check that yours matches this one.

One more apology...I realized I didn't answer your question as to the artist. I can't make out what it says...but hopefully knowing who she is helpful.

Upload the picture to the blog at www.dollreference.com. They can help you. This doll is not worth much. There were 5000 in this one lot alone.

This is a cute doll and she was designed by Marie Osmond and that is her signature on the back of her neck. I know it does not look like it but if you research it you will find that it is her signature.

She is one of several dolls in the Petite Amour series. If you do very much research for this doll you will find more information using peace or love in the title as few people know her name is Zoe.

I believe this was one of the dolls that made her debut on QVC (as did the majority of her dolls). but her latest dolls were introduced to QVC and a few major stores.

This doll's value may not run more than $40-$50 but Marie's dolls generally hold their value where other brands mostly do not.

You can read a little about this doll on the following link but if you click on the link "Marie Osmond" near the bottom there is a little bit of history about her and her dolls.
