I believe the DM are the Danbury Mint dolls. They made millions of dolls most if not all of them sold with certificates.

If you are looking to value them, some have held their value, some not. Let me know if you need some guidance on how to determine selling values!

Danbury Mint dolls are usually worth far less than paid for. You can check on eBay for what your particular doll has sold for.
