It is going to be very difficult to identify a doll with no markings. You could try uploading the picture to the forum at www.dollreference.com.

Perhaps someone will recognize your doll but searching for a doll with no markings is like the proverbial 'looking for a needle in a haystack' as there are thousands of dolls on the Internet on any given day.

eBay is known as the largest doll selling market in the world and if you just search for 'porcelain doll' you will find 80 to 100,000 dolls listed everyday. This number changes but as you can see it will be very difficult to identify your doll with no more information than given.

Most dolls without markings/brands are mass produced and the value is very low - unless the doll is an antique or really rare.

You can try asking your question on doll forums but to do so you will need several pictures, including her legs and shoes. Measurements (height) is very important as well as a good description of what material you believe your doll is made of.
The following site has very nice people who may be able to help you but it will take a little effort on your part. It is easy to ask your question and instructions on how to upload pictures.
