This is a mass-produced Patricia Rose doll. It sells for $25 and less.

She is a Patricia Rose and we called them an elf or fairy doll because of their unique look (all those curls and the super poofy dress).

The 1991 is the year she was made. That was a big year for dolls and there are lots of these gals out there.

I see them listed on eBay periodically. They mostly sit unsold in the $5-15 range.

The artist is a real person and I believe this is her website patriciarosestudio.com/

For some reason, I thought I had read she had passed, but I could be mixing her and another doll maker up as I was looking at the site before I posted this and it doesn't say she passed. She was (is) a very prolific doll maker and there are a lot of stories about her on various doll websites as she is an interesting person.

Your doll is sweet!! Enjoy her!

She is very pretty but their value is very low and there are so many dolls available to buy that most of the time they are slow sellers.
I did not find any really similar dolls but there are so many (even Patricia Rose) that it would take a lot of research over a long period of time to maybe find an exact match. This does not necessarily mean she is rare it just means there might not be one posted for sale right now.

eBay is the site that almost everyone uses to find information about dolls as they are the world's largest doll selling site.
I hope you enjoy having her in your home as she is lovely.
