Identifying a Porcelain Doll?

Identifying a Porcelain Doll - doll wearing a white dress trimmed with lace and blue ribbonI have been trying to gather information about this doll for a while, yet I still couldn't find any info, so I figured I could write here. All I could find on her was this writing,CHILI, and nothing else. She has a porcelain head, porcelain hands, porcelain forearms, porcelain feet, and porcelain calves. The rest of her body is quilted and she doesn't have any joints.

I hope I could express it right. I had bought her from a thrift store in Turkey and the seller didn't seem to know much about it. I am quite new to this porcelain doll stuff so any piece of information is highly appreciated. I am just curious about the doll, not planning on selling it or anything. Thanks so much in advance.
