I am not familiar with the marking, but this doesn't look like an antique doll to me. I don't think it's valuable.

I have never heard of or seen this marking and without more information I would have to agree with Judy.
Most dolls are mass produced and kinda like a new car - the moment the wheels hit the pavement outside the dealership - the value drops to far below the original value.

If you are a member of eBay (or join) you can send photos to their doll forum and someone can tell you if the doll has any value. You will need to explain as much as possible when posting the photos - measurements/age/all porcelain or just parts/ but this is the only way that I can suggest.
If you do not use this link then I would only say that your doll may be worth $5-10 dollars on Craigslist at Christmastime.
