Identifying a Stuffed Toy?

Identifying a Stuffed Toy - stuffed monkeySo I have had this stuffy for a long time and I would like to know what brand it is in order to get another one. Also these colours are faded so it was originally light blue with the bright purple and blue mixed in, and the feather boa was very fluffy.

When I worked at Hallmark there were many brands that sold like similar monkey plush toys, so it could be any of them. You may want to try the 2 companies that seemed to sell the most (listed below) to see if they can ID it or if they have something similar in their current line up:

Russ Berrie:

Enesco:

Post back what you learn!! It is sweet!!

Hope the company can confirm! Then you can search for one online. Ebay always has tons...you may even stumble on one just by putting your description into the search engine.

I have found exactly what I wanted sometimes by doing just that!! It is a fun way to shop!! You can try the same in Google and then click the SHOP tab!! Good luck!!

I'm not an expert or anything. I've just been doing a lot of googling in an attempt to identify my own plush and was able to find him with help on here. I'd like to try and help another on here.

Using that little swirl on the stomach as an indicator, I found a company called "Fiesta". I couldn't find the exact monkey, but they seem to put that swirl on quite a few of their monkeys. I'm not sure if other companies do that a lot too though.

Using the swirl information and the fact that this one: www.ebay.com/.../323574606167?hash=item4b568ca957... looks fairly similar to yours... I might give "Fiesta" a check.

I also notice there is a tag on yours, is there no information on that? If it gives it a name or has a year on it or anything, that would definitely help you find the exact one.

Hope that helps!

I really appreciate this it has lead me to lots of stuffed animals that are the most similar I have ever found! Also sadly the brand tag was cut off and throw away years ago, the tag left on is just what its made of.

I believe it is also from 2006 or earlier.
